1. "Seriously Splendid Series" at Seppelt Wines - Every long weekend the crew at Seppelt Wines have live music (no charge) to entertain you while enjoying  sensational platters of cheeses and meats with their award winning wine.  Live Music both Saturday and Sunday with local musician Riley Mason . Seppelt Wines have just released their 2018 Luxury Collection and it will be available for tastings all weekend!
2.  Stop by Best Wines  Cellar Door for a tasting. They are well known for their Shiraz, but they will  be opening some back vintage Cabernets and have some special Cellar Door exclusive offers, including a trio of 2016 Great Western Cabernet, 2016 13 Acre Cabernet and 1995 13 Acre Cabernet.
3. The Great Western Hotel will be open for meals every day of the Long weekend (actually... it has meal service every single day for both lunch & dinner) The hotel is quickly becoming known for it's wine list.. It has the largest regional wine list you will find anywhere and all at $35 a bottle or $10 a glass... 4. For over 20 years, Tom & Sarah Guthrie have been working tirelessly on the Grampians Estate  vineyards to create what is now a  premier boutique winery.  Their cellar door is open all weekend - you simply must try the Grampians Estate GST.


5. Over 160 years ago, gold miners begun the excavation of the largest under ground cellars in the Southern Hemisphere.   There is over 3.5 km of cellars and tours depart from Seppelt Wines Cellar door every hour from 11am with the last tour leaving at 3pm.  Cost: Adults $15 Concession $10 and children are no charge.
