2. Stop by Best Wines Cellar Door for a tasting. They are well known for their Shiraz, but they will be opening some back vintage Cabernets and have some special Cellar Door exclusive offers, including a trio of 2016 Great Western Cabernet, 2016 13 Acre Cabernet and 1995 13 Acre Cabernet.

The Great Western Hotel will be open for meals every day of the Long weekend (actually... it has meal service every single day for both lunch & dinner) The hotel is quickly becoming known for it's wine list..
